Description
The fifth installment of PROJECT CONEY, here we have the hot-headed Dragon Slayer Natsu Dragneel from Fairy Tail as the lieutenant to Bensonhurst's Saracens. To be honest, I was going originally to put Happy in it but that'll break the nine members only rule I made, also I was going to draw a dog-tag on him because each member of the Saracens normally wear them but I decided to use his trademark scarf instead. One more thing, you may be thinking, "WHY ISN'T HE LEADER?!?" Just think about it, him being a short fused close to being S-Class mage trying to control a whole gang would be catastrophic.
